Mercy Hospital St. Louis, Food Service is seeking a dedicated individual to manage food production across the department, ensuring quality and eye-appealing results within time constraints.
Knowledge of diverse cookery methods is required, and duties include related tasks as assigned. The role requires a High school diploma (preferred), completion of a Food Handler certification within 180 days, and 2+ years of food service experience.

Skills, knowledge and abilities: Excellent integrity Takes initiative Good moral character Effectively communicate in English, both orally and written Basic Math Skills Time Management Skills Great interpersonal skills Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: Equipment Used: All food preparation equipment including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer Also able to push, pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds.
High school diploma or its equivalent.
