Back of House / Culinary Team

Our culinary team prepares food to high standards, chopping, prepping, sautéing, grilling, baking, and using their culinary skills to create healthy, mouthwatering dishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update menus seasonally, highlighting seasonal ingredients and showcasing a variety of bowls, plates, and salads.
• Lead and manage back-of-house staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Execute recipes with consistency and precision.
• Expand culinary knowledge and techniques continually.
• Perform quality and safety checks to meet standards.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Manage kitchen waste and handle equipment and spills promptly.
