Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a hot kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper customer relations and service.
• Maintain inventory control and vendor interaction during shift.
• Prepare salads, ingredients for cold units and catering orders.
• Operate stove, oven and steamer; bake and steam ingredients; frost cakes.
