Job summary

AC&T is seeking a Cook in the Kitchen to prepare and present menu items for customers, while maintaining kitchen safety and cleanliness. This role requires handling hot surfaces, ovens, and steamers, and ensuring timely service with accuracy.

Responsibilities include baking, steaming, salad prep, and catering order support. Candidates should be able to lift up to 40 lbs, work weekends/holidays, and follow company policies within kitchen guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old or have a work permit.
• Must be able to speak, read, understand and write the English language.
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and extended hours when and if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, steam, and portion foods according to recipes.
• Maintain a clean kitchen and proper inventory control.
• Operate stove, oven, steamer, and manage hot surfaces.
• Wash dishes and assist with catering orders.
