Compensation: $17 - $19 per hour, dependent on experience

Responsibilities of a Cook/Kitchen Prep

• Use correct tools and equipment to prepare all items.
• Follow Bricktown Brewery recipes and specifications for each menu item.
• Prepare and cook a variety of quality dishes, ensuring flavor, presentation, and portioning are consistent.
• Assist with ingredient prep, stocking, and inventory maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Additional Duties

• Set up kitchen equipment.
• Verify stock levels.
• Clean cooking equipment.
• Manage the flow of food orders.
• Follow sanitation and safety standards.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask, lift up to 50 pounds waist high, and stand for long periods.
• Basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills; ability to work well with others.
• Ability to exert fast-paced mobility for up to 8 hours.
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, push, pull, stretch, and use fingers and wrists continuously.
