Job summary

Wellbridge of Clarkston is seeking a Cook to join our EPIC Culinary Team. You will prepare meals, coordinate production with serving times, and support daily kitchen operations with a focus on quality and hospitality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe certified.
• 2+ years related kitchen experience in a medical facility, hotel, casino, or high-capacity setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following guidelines and regulations.
• Coordinate food production to align with serving times while maintaining quality and appearance.
• Assist with tray line setup and plate assembly.
• Assist with daily kitchen cleaning tasks.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests and families.

Join our EPIC Culinary Team atWellbridge of Clarkston!

Our cooks prepare amazing and nourishing meals for our guests and ensure the highest quality standards of food service and the best culinary experience are provided at all times. They work closely with the Executive Chef to create and review menus, prepare food, and ensure the meals are prepared in accordance with established portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and established policies and procedures.

You will earn:

• Starting Wages $17.00 per hour

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• 8 hour shifts - Include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full Time - Afternoon Shifts
• No late nights!

How you will help people every day:

• You will prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations
• You will coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times ensuring excellence in quality, temperature and appearance are achieved
• You may assist with tray line setup and plate assembly
• You will assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen
