Job summary

Vi at Aventura is seeking a cook to support the kitchen by preparing all types of food in a clean, safe environment. You will assist with receiving and stocking deliveries and may help kitchen attendants as needed.

Applicants should have about 1 year of basic line cooking experience, a high school diploma or GED, and may need a Food Handler certificate. A valid driver's license is required where applicable. The posting notes that the application window closes within 30 days.

Qualifications

• 1 year basic line cooking experience in a high quality restaurant, country club, hotel or senior living company.

Responsibilities

Cook

Assist in preparing all types of food while maintaining a safe, clean and sanitary work area. You will also assist with receiving and stocking deliveries using proper rotational practices. May assist kitchen attendant as needed.
