Job summary

Vi Living in Aventura, FL is seeking a Cook to assist in preparing all types of food while maintaining a safe, clean work area. You will assist with receiving and stocking deliveries using proper rotations and may support the kitchen staff as needed.

Experience in a high-quality restaurant, country club, hotel, or senior living setting is preferred. Ability to operate kitchen equipment, possess basic knife skills, and obtain a Food Handler certificate if required are important.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-quality restaurant, country club, hotel, or senior living is preferred.
• Basic knife skills are required.
• Ability to handle kitchen equipment.
• Use of a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Possess or be willing to obtain Food Handler certificate as required.
• Must possess a valid and current drivers license where applicable.
