Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Cook II at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, Texas. This high-volume kitchen supports multiple dining concepts including Banquets, Market Restaurant, Albero and Ember, with a focus on quality and efficiency for associates and guests.

Qualifications

• Two years of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen is required.
• A la carte kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic Food Safety certification required within 30 days of starting position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and menu items according to standard recipes.
• Receiving and put away food requisitions checking for quality and amount.
• Inspect all refrigeration and dry storage for proper handling and rotation.
• Ensure stations are set up for service and properly cleaned and stored at end of shift.
• Break down kitchen stations and return reusable items to the main kitchen.
