Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in general quantity cooking.
• Ability to independently prepare foods using roasting, baking, broiling and frying.
• Experience in large-scale meal preparation for institutions or facilities.

• May supervise kitchen staff or a cooking station and ensure service to a large number of meals.
