Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares, seasons, finishes, and garnishes all food in kitchen preparation in accordance with recipes
• Maintains refrigeration and dry storage areas with proper rotation
• Ensures stations are clean and food stored properly at shift end
• Follows recipes, specs, and control procedures
• Maintains a clean and sanitary area per health regulations
• Assists with guest requests
• Runs a station or multiple stations
• All other duties as assigned
