Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to standardized recipes and guest requests.
• Demonstrate proficiency in basic food preparation including salads, sandwiches, pizzas, fried items, cookies, and buffet platters.
• Follow daily prep sheets, event orders, and special requests.
• Maintain proper portion control and consistent food quality.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, storage, labeling, dating, heating and cooling requirements.
• Maintain clean and sanitary coolers, freezers, and work areas.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment and report issues.
• Provide a positive guest and Team Member experience through professional service.
• Communicate with culinary leadership and Team Members regarding needs.
• Attend orientations, meetings, and training sessions.
