Responsibilities

• Prepares food based on recipe instructions and customer request.
• Follows catering orders and adjusts items for allergies.
• Portions, arranges, and garnishes food for display in retail locations and catering orders.
• Assists in training Cook I and supports the team to ensure recipes are followed.
• Operates various kitchen equipment and maintains cleanliness.
• Supports planning and coordination with Sous Chef as assigned.
• Maintains sanitary levels throughout food preparation and quality standards.
