Job summary

The University of Notre Dame is seeking a part-time Cook 2 for Rohr's in the campus Hospitality department. You will manage a designated station (grill, sauté, fryer) and prepare a wide range of menu items.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes for designated station (grill, sauté, fryer).
• Set up and break down station with tools, ingredients, and supplies.
• Ensure food quality meets standards before serving.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain service flow.
• Rotate stock and label/date items to reduce waste.
