Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Cook II for Corner Café in Atlanta to deliver high-quality breakfast, brunch, and lunch with precision. You will uphold food safety standards, prepare items per recipes, and support efficient kitchen operation in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year cooking experience, strong English communication, and a ServSafe or equivalent certification. High school diploma or GED required; culinary diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 1 year cooking experience in a high-volume or fast casual environment.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions and policy documents in English.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent required.
• Culinary school diploma preferred.
• Proven experience as a line cook and strong knowledge of cooking methods and ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to guests.
• Follow 100% recipe adherence and food preparation directions.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Restock kitchen supplies and requisition items as needed.
• Assist with ordering and planning food supplies under supervision.
• Train new cooks and support restaurant staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
