Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Cook II to prepare, season and cook a variety of meals following menus and production sheets while keeping a clean, sanitary kitchen and communicating with the team about recipes and portions.

Under supervision, you will train and guide other staff, adhere to HACCP guidelines, operate kitchen equipment correctly, and help maintain consistent quality for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate/Equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in quantity cooking preferred.
