Sonesta International Hotels Corporation invites applications for a Cook I role in New Orleans. The position focuses on preparing meals for restaurant patrons while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.
The role requires at least two years of cook experience (preferably in fine dining), a culinary degree or hotel experience, and a valid ServSafe certificate. You will follow recipes, assist with inventory, and help develop menu items in a dynamic hotel environment.

The Cook I is responsible for preparing meals for restaurant patrons. Employee must maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and prep areas.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description.
