Sonesta International Hotels in New Orleans is seeking a Cook II to prepare meals, follow recipes, and maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation. You will support inventory, prep, and quality standards while collaborating with colleagues to deliver memorable guest experiences.
The role requires 2+ years cooking experience (preferably fine dining), a culinary degree or related hotel experience, and a valid ServSafe certificate. Strong communication and professional appearance are essential.

The Cook II is responsible for preparing meals for restaurant patrons. Employee must maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and prep areas.
