MontagePalmetto Bluff is seeking skilled Cooks I & II to join our luxury kitchen team. You will collaborate with associates to meet production goals and ensure smooth operations while crafting hot and cold dishes that meet the hotel’s high standards.

You are passionate about food storytelling, possess a minimum of one year of cooking experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• One year minimum cooking experience in a standalone restaurant or hotel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Collaborative team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with associates to meet production goals and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Mentor Cook III and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Skillfully prepare hot and cold foods that meet our hotel’s high standards.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of food products, sanitation standards, and culinary techniques.
• Fulfill guest orders in a timely manner with attention to detail.
• Work in a collaborative environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Restock kitchen supplies and maintain cleanliness of your area.
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
