Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
• Set up and break down cooking stations, ensuring utensils, equipment, and surfaces are clean and sanitized.
• Monitor food items to maintain consistent quality and adherence to culinary standards.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Receive, inspect, and store deliveries; alert supervisors to discrepancies or issues.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items.
• Provide feedback on menu items and preparation methods to senior staff.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report malfunctions.
• Address and resolve any food quality or preparation issues professionally.
• Comply with all policies during food preparation and service.
• Take on additional kitchen tasks as directed to support operations.
