In a fast-paced kitchen, you’ll ensure safety, accuracy, and cleanliness while contributing to a high-quality dining experience and teamwork. Shift is weekdays mornings with interview-based details on specifics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.
• Requires familiarity of kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with current standards to ensure high-quality service.
• Follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing, cooking, and serving foods.
• Taste products, estimate food requirements, check production, and requisition supplies.
• Significant walking or other mobility.
• Walk/stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 35 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive motions.
• Attend shift on time.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
