Sodexo is hiring a Cook at CAPITAL HEALTH REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, New Jersey. You will prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold items across meal periods, following culinary standards for quality and safety.

In a fast-paced kitchen, you’ll work mornings and afternoons with rotating weekends, maintain a clean workstation, and support team goals while upholding food safety. Minimum education is high school or equivalent; 0–2 years of related experience is preferred.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.
• Knowledge of basic food-handling procedures preferred.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment.

• Prepare, cook, and present hot and cold foods per standards.
• Follow recipes and product directions for quality and safety.
• Estimate food requirements and requisition supplies.
