Responsibilities
  • Prepare food items per recipes and standards, maintaining quality and safety.
  • Start pre-prepared food, manage inventory, and assist in stock management.
  • Ensure proper storage and rotation of perishables.
  • Assist in controlling food costs and minimizing waste.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of food service experience.
  • Knowledge of kitchen practices and procedures.
Physical Demands
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 70 lbs.
  • Periodic climbing, bending, standing, and mobility.
  • Ability to hear timers, see product quality, and follow instructions.
Environment

Inside during 100% of shift; freezer temperatures at -10°F; front-line over 100°F.
