Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A COLLEAGUE

As a member of our culinary team, you will work with the freshest, clean, organic ingredients, techniques, and presentations that make us exceptional. You will be an integral contributor to the evolution of our culinary culture in Lenox. Our culinary philosophy emphasizes handcrafted artisan cuisine showcasing sustainable growing, sourcing, and cooking techniques. These techniques ensure great ingredients are simply prepared with health in mind, striving to remain locavore in nature. All presentations will be clean and aligned with contemporary trends. Candidates should demonstrate the ability and desire to develop within lasting teams through collaboration and engagement.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Up to 1 year of experience in an industrial cooking environment, Quick Dining, or Culinary School. A passion for learning and a desire to grow as part of an exciting team of culinary professionals. If you plan dinner at breakfast, we may be the right place for you.
