Job summary

Vi Highlands Ranch is seeking a trained cook to join our kitchen team in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will assist in preparing all kinds of dishes while maintaining a clean, safe work area and support with receiving and stocking deliveries using rotation best practices.

Qualifications include basic knife skills, ability to operate kitchen equipment, POS experience, and a Food Handler certificate where required, plus a valid driver''s license where applicable.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a high quality restaurant, country club, hotel or senior living company preferred.
• Basic knife skills required.
• Ability to handle kitchen equipment and work safely.
• Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Willingness to obtain Food Handler certificate as required.
• Must possess a valid and current driver''s license where applicable.
