Job summary

Vi Highlands Ranch, located in Highlands Ranch, CO, is hiring a Cook. You will prepare all types of food, keep a clean and safe kitchen, and help with deliveries and stocking using proper rotation practices.

Prior high-quality restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred and a Food Handler certificate may be required. The role offers competitive pay, generous benefits, and 401k with company match, with the pay range listed as USD 20.15–22.62 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knife skills
• Ability to handle kitchen equipment
• Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system

Responsibilities

Cook

Assist in preparing all types of food while maintaining a safe, clean and sanitary work area. You will also assist with receiving and stocking deliveries using proper rotational practices. May assist kitchen attendant as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience within a high quality restaurant, country club, hotel or senior living company preferred
• Basic knife skills
• Ability to handle kitchen equipment
• Use a Point of Sale (POS) system
• Possess or be willing and able to obtain Food Handler certificate, as required
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable
