The Sheraton Stonebriar recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation! Located less than a mile from major corporate headquarters including Toyota, JPMorgan Chase, and Boeing, as well as popular shopping destinations like Legacy West, Shops at Legacy, and the new Grandscape area, it is the ideal location in Frisco. Overview

Prepare food of consistent quality and assist in kitchen functions.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare food following recipes and standards, ensuring quality and portion control.
  • Start pre-prepared food items, avoiding over-preparation.
  • Label and rotate food containers, maintaining proper temperatures for perishables.
  • Check inventory levels, prepare necessary items, and assist in buffet stocking.
  • Return unused food to storage, covering and dating perishables.
  • Assist in controlling food costs, waste, and usage according to standards.
  • Operate and clean kitchen equipment such as fryers, ovens, and mixers.
  • Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Dexterity to operate food machinery.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. regularly.
  • Effective communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
