Job summary

Desert Oak Barbecue is seeking a Cook/Line Cook to work in a 100% scratch kitchen. You will prepare ingredients for sides, execute in-house recipes, and maintain high cleanliness standards. The role requires attention to detail and a positive attitude to learn in a fast-paced environment in El Paso, TX.

Job description

A Cook, or Line Cook, is responsible for preparing ingredients for sides, preparation of all in house recipes and products. Knowledge of recipe execution and attention to detail is a must for this position. You will be working in a 100% scratch kitchen making menu items daily or hourly depending on business needs. Cleanliness is our highest priority when serving our guests and it should be yours. We carry ourselves with the highest regard and we expect the same from every candidate we choose.
