The beautiful Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport is looking to add on-call Banquet Servers to their events team! Here you will enjoy great perks such as complimentary shift meals and parking, and our fantastic travel discounts for you and your family worldwide at Hilton Hotels!

Shift Pattern: Will provide your weekly availability; shifts depend on events and seniority scheduling. Friday/Saturday/Sunday availability is strongly preferred.

Hourly Rate: $16.50 plus tip pool

What will I be doing?

As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner, contributing to the hotel's commitment to outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your tasks will include:

• Setting banquet tables according to function specifications.
• Delivering and serving food and beverages, including meals, condiments, and accompaniments.
• Maintaining menu knowledge.
• Clearing tables after meals and delivering items to the stewarding area.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout service.
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Assisting team members and other departments as needed to foster positive working relationships.
• Participating in side work such as cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware.
