Position: Banquet Bartender (On Call)

Location: Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport

An On-Call Banquet Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages and/or food to guests, contributing to the hotel's goal of delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Banquet Bartender, your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and responding to inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Mixing and garnishing beverages according to recipes and portion standards
• Presenting and serving beverages to guests
• Checking IDs and serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws and regulations
• Handling payments accurately, including using the point-of-sale system, processing credit/debit cards, and cash handling
• Stocking and maintaining the bar, including beer, wine, spirits, and related supplies
• Ensuring the quality and storage of beverage perishables
• Responding professionally to inebriated guests as needed

Further questions regarding scheduling and work hours will be addressed by management.
