Banquet Server (On Call) - Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport

The beautiful Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport is looking to add on-call Banquet Servers to their events team! Enjoy great perks such as complimentary shift meals, parking, and travel discounts for you and your family worldwide at Hilton Hotels.

Shift Pattern: You will provide your weekly availability. Shifts depend on events and seniority scheduling. Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is strongly preferred.

Hourly Rate: $16.50 plus tip pool.

What will I be doing?

As a Banquet Server, you will deliver and serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to ensure outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Setting banquet tables according to function specifications.
• Delivering and serving food and beverages, including meals, condiments, and accompaniments.
• Maintaining menu knowledge.
• Clearing tables at the end of service and delivering items to the stewarding area.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Assisting team members and other departments as needed to maintain positive relationships.
• Performing side work such as cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware.
