Parkhurst Dining Services, Inc. is seeking a cook to join the Parkhurst Dining team within Eat’n Park Hospitality Group. The role involves preparing food according to Parkhurst recipes and maintaining batch cooking standards to ensure consistency and quality across all meals.

You will ensure food quality, proper line presentation, and effective communication with line servers, while completing daily production sheets to track production and service needs.

Qualificações

• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and also enforce the “batch” cooking method.
• Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service period, utilizing production sheets.
• Ensure proper line presentation: proper pans are used, pans are garnished, proper utensils are used according to recipe specifications, and food products are maintained at the proper serving temperatures as specified by recipes or management.
• Maintain open lines of communication with other associates, e.g., line servers, concerning specific information about food items on a daily basis.
• Complete daily production sheets.
