Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and batch cooking method.
• Ensure the quality and quantity of food during service using production sheets.
• Maintain proper line presentation and serving temperatures as specified.
• Maintain open communication with servers about daily item information.
• Complete daily production sheets.
