Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a cook to join Eat’n Park Hospitality Group’s Parkhurst Dining team in Kalamazoo, MI. You will cook according to Parkhurst recipes, manage batch cooking, and help maintain high quality and proper serving temperatures during service.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking for extended periods is required.
• Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and enforce batch cooking.
• Ensure the quality of food produced and maintain quality and quantity throughout service.
• Ensure proper line presentation and serving temperatures according to recipes.
• Maintain open lines of communication with associates about food items daily.
• Complete daily production sheets.
