Levy Restaurants at Grand Casino Arena in Saint Paul is seeking a Cook to craft high-quality dishes for Wild games, Frost games, concerts, and other premier events.

This part-time, event-based role supports a dynamic kitchen environment, emphasizing teamwork, food safety, and delivering exceptional guest experiences during high-profile events at one of Saint Paul’s iconic venues.

Qualifications

• Previous professional kitchen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure dishes are prepared with high quality and consistency to deliver a memorable guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in line with food safety regulations.
• Monitor food inventory and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen team to ensure efficient operations during events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including entrees, sides, and appetizers, according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared with the highest quality and consistency to deliver a memorable guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Monitor food inventory and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure efficient operations during events.
• Previous experience as a cook in a professional kitchen is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle high-volume production.
• Passion for culinary excellence and a team-oriented mindset.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
