Compass Group USA in Utah is seeking a part-time cook to join Levy’s culinary team at Zions Bank Stadium. You will prepare high-quality menu items, cook per recipes, and support fast-paced service while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Formación

• Previous culinary, restaurant, catering, or food-service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and production standards.
• Must obtain Utah food-safety certification.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work with a team.
• Flexible availability for events, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and Levy standards.
• Set up and maintain assigned prep and cooking stations.
• Follow production sheets, recipes, and portion standards.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, presentation, and temperatures.
• Maintain proper labeling, storage, rotation, and waste procedures.
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout service.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe kitchen and prep areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, allergen, and workplace safety standards.
• Communicate product and equipment needs to culinary leadership.
• Support event preparation, service, cleanup, and breakdown.
• Work collaboratively with Culinary and other departments as needed.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and meet the physical demands of the role.
• Flexible availability for events, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain required Utah food-safety certification.
