Xanterra Travel Collection is a private company providing concession services within national parks, including lodging, dining, retail, and tour operations, all operating as planned for the 2025 summer season. Job Summary

Preparing high-quality meals efficiently, following recipes, and using various cooking methods. Effective communication with the chef on duty and maintaining sanitation standards are essential to ensure a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

The Details

• Position Type: Seasonal
• Season Dates: May through September or October 2025 (exact dates vary)
• Pay: $18.00/hr
• Schedule: Typically 40 hours, 5 days/week, may include weekends, evenings, and holidays
