The Cook's primary responsibility is to prepare food in accordance with established menus, recipes, and sanitary standards. This position ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local food service standards as well as the organization's policies and procedures.

Minimum of two (2) years of food service or restaurant experience (working in a commercial or institutional food service environment is a PLUS).
Experience in an Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, hospital or other healthcare environment is preferred but not required. SERV Safe certification preferred.
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
