Your duties will include receiving and stocking inventory, preparing, cooking, and assembling orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete training including Zaxby's Back of House Development Plan and station-specific training
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service to guests
• Maintain awareness of current promotions and represent the Zaxby's brand enthusiastically
• Assist with guest service and front-of-house operations as needed
• Prepare menu items according to standards, ensuring safety and sanitation
• Operate food preparation equipment safely
• Maintain product levels and prepare food promptly
• Assemble and package orders accurately
• Keep work areas clean and organized, and maintain equipment
• Manage inventory and storage, including receiving deliveries and storing food safely
• Perform other duties as assigned, always with a sense of urgency and safety

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to work 32-40 hours per week
