Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis - Food Service is seeking a cook to prepare, season and cook meals for patients, staff and visitors, while following established food handling and safety procedures.

The role includes routine cleaning duties and is supervised by the Nutritional Services Coordinator. This full-time, evening-shift position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 90 days of hospital food service experience.

• Jefferson: Food Handlers within 90 days of hire.

• Washington: Serve Safe Manager within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Experience:

90 days experience in hospital food service.
