The Line Cook supports the Executive Chef and Sous Chef by providing solution-oriented, positive, exemplary customer service to all residents. The Line Cook is responsible for preparation and production of a la carte lunch and preparation for the dinner shift. Evenings, weekends, and holidays required. The Line Cook will perform all duties in the kitchen such as prep work, cleaning, grill, sauté, fry, etc. Responsible for maintaining the highest quality of food standards and keeping the work area clean.
Job Duties:
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Required Experience: Experience in a commercial kitchen environment/on-the-job training by a Sous Chef /1-2 years in an approved Culinary Arts School preferred.
