Job Summary

Performs tasks including maintaining kitchen and dining room cleanliness. Prepares meals and specialty meals according to dietary requirements. Transports meals to other facilities as needed.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Must have the ability to read, write, and follow instructions. At least two years of experience in a commercial kitchen.

• Ability to manage stock and storage areas
• Proficiency with food prep equipment and cleaning utensils
