• Schedule: Full-time and part-time shifts from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. Hours and days may vary; more details provided during interview.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality food following standardized recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals with correct portioning, appropriate temperatures, and attractive presentation. Taste all food items.
• Use proper ticketing procedures during service and maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, following safe food-handling procedures.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and clients.
• Follow safety protocols, including HACCP standards and proper use of protective equipment.
