• Location: Methodist North - 3960 New Covington Pike, Memphis, TN 38128. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, including alternating weekends, 11:00 am to 6:45 pm; more details upon interview.
• Requirements: Two years of previous grill cook experience and customer service experience are preferred but not required.
• Pay Rate: $15.75 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality food service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions to meet production and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Tastes all prepared food.
• Uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains records.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining cleanliness standards. Stores or discards excess food properly.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized, storing food and supplies per standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Performs job safely, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures, following HACCP standards.
• Prioritizes personal and team safety.
• Follows all company policies, including safety and equipment handling procedures.
