Job description

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time COOK positions.

Location: HSHS Holy Family - 200 Healthcare Drive, Greenville, IL 62246. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules. Days and hours may vary between 5:30 am and 5:30 pm, including alternating weekends; more details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous batch cook experience is preferred but not required.

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions.
2. Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
3. Uses ticket collection procedures and maintains records.
4. Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas.
5. Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
6. Assists with production planning, ordering, and record keeping.
7. Reports maintenance issues and attends safety meetings.
8. Maintains good working relationships and performs job safely.
9. Follows HACCP standards and company policies, including safety protocols.
