Job Summary

Responsible for preparing food according to standards, ensuring quality and safety at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare high-quality food following standardized recipes and instructions.
2. Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all prepared food items.
3. Use established ticket collection procedures during service and maintain accurate records.
4. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including storage and disposal of food, and operate kitchen equipment properly.
5. Assist with production planning, record keeping, ordering, and receiving supplies.
6. Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
7. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
8. Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
9. Follow HACCP standards for food presentation and temperature control.
10. Adhere to all safety policies, including proper use of protective gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
