We have an opening for seasonal COOK positions.

Location: Lewis Ginter - 1800 Lakeside Avenue, Henrico, VA 23228

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items per recipes to meet schedules.
• Serve meals, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Follow ticket procedures and maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in planning, ordering, and record-keeping.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relations with coworkers and customers.
• Follow safety standards including HACCP and proper use of protective gear.
