Job Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare all foods according to recipes and production methods, ensuring quality, quantity, and presentation for scheduled service periods.
  2. Serve foods at proper temperatures and present them to enhance quality.
  3. Follow recipes and ensure correct portions and amounts for service.
  4. Review menu items with staff, including content and service methods.
  5. Notify staff of menu changes promptly for appropriate action.
  6. Plan and prepare for upcoming service periods based on forecasts, recipes, and portions.
  7. Discuss next day's service with staff, highlighting any changes or special requirements.
  8. Assist with sanitation duties, including cleaning equipment and work areas.

Physical and Sensory Requirements: Walking up to 7 hours per day, handling, twisting, and turning with hands, back, and legs; lifting up to 30 lbs., carrying up to 10 lbs., and pushing/pulling up to 150 lbs.; occasional stooping, bending, and squatting; hearing and vision capabilities.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Training and Experience: On-the-job training provided.
