We are hiring immediately for a full-time COOK position at Collins Vergennes, located at 100 Panton Road, Vergennes, VT 05491. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, with days varying from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirement: Grill cook and prep cook experience required.

Pay Range: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions.
  • Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
  • Assist with production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
  • Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
  • Follow safety standards and policies, including HACCP standards.
  • Maintain good working relationships with staff and customers.
