Qualifications:

Essential Job Functions:

1. Handle and prepare food safely, ensuring it is appetizing and palatable.
2. Follow written menus and recipes, understanding and implementing menu extensions.
3. Understand therapeutic diets and serve them according to physician’s orders.
4. Follow menus and recipes to minimize food waste and serve food according to meal schedules.
